The Steakhouse is closed as we transform into something new: The Pass by Charlie Palmer, opening Fall 2026.

The Pass joins Cattlemen’s Bar and Salina Rooftop as part of our growing dining collaboration with Chef Charlie Palmer.

Hotel guests: a breakfast buffet is available daily in the Ballroom Foyer, 7am – 11am.

In the meantime, find us at Cattlemen’s Bar for dinner, or up at Salina Rooftop for a cocktail with a view.
