Start your day off right, with breakfast at the historic Paso Robles Inn Coffee Shop. The famous Coffee Shop has been completely restored and is open daily serving classic breakfast items and local favorites. The historic Coffee Shop was originally constructed in 1942 and was a local gathering place for nearly 50 years. The restoration project included the reconstruction of a 50-foot circular counter, reinstallation of the original chrome barstools and the complete restoration of a large mural. Local artist, Stephen Kalar, restored the beautiful mural, which depicts early Mission era life. |
